The worst hair and customer service ever! Jennifer, owner of Jazzy J, sold me what appeared to be a used closure! And then told me to wash and condition it for it to loosen to match the texture of the curly bundles I also bought from her! The bundles I bought were not only a different texture from the closure but also a different color! When I asked her for a $285 refund-she said no refunds because she had to order the hair! As promised, pics of hair Jennifer, Jazzy J owner sold me-she refused to give me a refund. First pic is closure on top of bundles you'll notice the different hair textures and color. Next two pics are close-up of closure-it appears to be used. Jennifer told me the closure texture would change after I wash and condition it-hair expert's know-that texture isn't changing. Thank you Jazzy J for providing me with some of the finest bundles in Killeen. I am loving this hair and I look forward to getting more bundles in the near future. It was $$$ well spent. Most definitely would recommend your services. So when in doubt, get your bundles from Jazzy J Boutique, she's one of the best!!!
