Jarrod & his crew turned up on time, even text to say they were on their way. Jarrod explained the process and was happy to look at an area of concern. Turned out to be a very blocked down pipe - sorted. Photos of before and after were taken, including some photos of areas of concern on the roof which was greatly appreciated.
