Jarrod & his crew turned up on time, even text to say they were on their way. Jarrod explained the process and was happy to look at an area of concern. Turned out to be a very blocked down pipe - sorted. Photos of before and after were taken, including some photos of areas of concern on the roof which was greatly appreciated. These guys treated our roof for lichen and cleaned the gutters. Not an easy roof as it’s a sharp pitch and colourbond but they worked efficiently and professionally. Highly recommend.
Jazz's Gutter Cleaning were friendly and very professional from the start to the completion of my job, staying in contact regularly and giving me notice when they were on their way. All the boys were friendly and very respectful 🙏 They did a quick, safe and amazing job. Gutters are squeaky clean and clear for winter 👌 🙌
I didn’t end up using this gutter cleaning company because I’m outside their service area, but I was genuinely impressed by how quickly they responded to my enquiry. Even though I wasn’t a potential customer, they still helped and even recommended a reliable company in my area. This really stood out. If this is how they treat someone they can’t serve, I can only imagine how well they look after their actual customers! I’ll happily recommend them to friends who live in their service area.
Jarrod and his team cleaned the gutters on our 2 storey house. He took lots of photos of the before and after. He pointed out things that we needed to address with the drainage. He was very friendly and because we were new to the area gave us lots of local recommendations. Highly recommend.
