Lack of accountability, gaslit me. Missed critical labs but stated that they don’t get to their labs daily because Kaiser doesn’t give them time to. She also said if I wanted to she ca. always look out for my stuff and me me above all other patients if that’s what I want. Then called me antagonistic. I’ll be switching doctors.
