Cuz it has two pools in the pools are clean in my apartment is big
This is the only workout I’ve been able to stick with. I used to spend two or more hours at the gym and didn’t get any results. 45-60 minutes a couple times a week and a month later: my muscles were toned and I could do a couple flights of stairs without being winded. The people are fun, friendly, and supportive. Truly a no judgement place. We are all sizes and ages doing the best we can to stay healthy and have fun doing it.
