Music is a combo of old and new music. Eclectic collection of artists. Classes start on time. Raz is always there to answer any questions. There is instruction assistance for those in class that aren't able to do regular moves. Excellent workouts and friendly members always ready to help. Raz is an awesome instructor and a sweet person.

Raz is a great instructor who always gives alternate moves for those who need them. The music is very good, and the dance moves are easy to understand and do, yet still give your brain a workout too! Class members become friends inside and outside of class.

I’ve been going to these classes for close to 15 years. Cathy (Raz) makes it easy to have fun and get a great workout! Classes include stretching, cardio and strength. I truly enjoy myself, and plan my schedule around the classes. Highly recommend!
