Such a fun setting to get in a great workout with awesome people!
After walking in the door for the first time I was hooked! The instructors are energetic and fun and make you feel like part of the Jazzercise family the minute you walk in. Jazzercise is so good for you - physically and emotionally. It’s hard work but it’s a lot of fun too! I’ve literally seen inches melt off of people. Highly recommended!
Jazzercise is the best overall workout! The facility is great! The instructors are over the top great! They care! I have MS and they go above and beyond for me! It has become my extended family! Every dance can be modified to fit your ability. From dance to strength to stretch. Jazzercise has it all. Sitting, standing, on the floor. With weights or bands. Even on the ball! There is something for everyone!
