Dancing and getting fit with a community of fun people is an amazing start to the day. I love this group! The workouts include core and functional strength exercises I need to stay strong.
This is a great Jazzercise center. All instructors are wonderful. They encourage all students to work at their own pace. There are lots of classes to choose from. I have been coming here for over 10 years . I love it!
Love this place. I've been going for 15+ years. It's the only exercise plan I've been able to stick with. Keeps my body flexible and strong. Teachers are so much fun. Welcoming environment
This is my happy place! Cardio, strength and stretching to Top 40 music. Jazzercise is the only workout that I have stuck with. I am happier and stronger and I have a met a community of people that support me.
Great combination of cardio, weights and stretching in every one hour class. Lots after class times to choose from which makes working out convenient for people with different or changing schedules. Staff and members are always friendly and helpful!
