I honestly don't know what I'd do without Spokane Valley Jazzercise! The best instructors, best workouts, best people! The music is great and you definitely get in shape quickly. There is a lot of variety with each class (strength training, aerobic, stretching) and you get a full body workout. So much better than your "average" gym. Try it, you won't regret it!

This is THE best workout you will ever do! The energy is awesome! Instructors are THE best, and really want you to achieve your goals. I have been a customer for just about 8 years and I look forward to EVERY class! (And let me tell you, they are NOT easy) Anyone can do it! The modifications are always shown, and there are even low impact classes which has no jumping! You will always be greeted with a smile and if you have any questions, any one of us will be happy to help/answer them!!

This place is a MUST!!!! The instructors are amazingly fun, supportive, and wonderful! The Jazzercise community is so welcoming!! The best cardio ever!!
