Like many people, I had never even heard of Jazzercise, let alone pictured myself doing something like that. My mother-in-law insisted that I had to go with her and I admit I was dreading it. WHOA and WOW is all I can say. Hands-down the best workout I have ever had! The music is amazing and the moves that the instructor has you do are so much fun (no dancing experience required).
