The best way to start my day (although there are classes at various times throughout the day)! Such a fun way to get and stay fit with motivational instructors and great music. Such a supportive community to be part of and plenty of options to accommodate any fitness level. I'd highly recommend giving it a try. It is a very welcoming and positive environment!
Once you join Jazzercise, you will ask why you hadn't started before now. No matter what age, these programs are a fit for any adult male or female. There are so many to choose from and you can try them out ahead of time with all the offers they have. Karen Schroll is the owner operator and she makes everyone laugh and have fun and to forget how hard you are working. The music is great and the comraderie is beyond measure. Love Jazzercise.
