I wanted to add cardio to my normal gym routine. Jazzercise is a blast - way more fun than a treadmill or elliptical machine. The instructors and music are great. Ii’s challenging but you can modify and go at your own level. My balance, endurance, and coordination seem to be improving. And I’m getting to know my classmates a bit so it’s a nice social contact addition as well. I would highly recommend Jazzercise to anyone that is looking for a fun way to do cardio.

I have been going to Jazzercise for many years off and on. It’s the one of the things that I need to stay healthy. The instructors are versatile in all levels of instruction. No matter what level you are at, the workout leaves you feeling exhilarated. It’s the best way to spend an hour getting fit. I highly recommend it.

I've been a regular member of Jazzercise Santa Fe for 15 years. I keep going because the music is great, the routines just keep getting better, and they are always changing up so you never get bored. Yesterday we had a new instructor (Corrina) that was so lively and spirited we all had a blast! I've done Zumba and other programs but keep coming back because it's a well balanced workout that includes strength training, which many don't. Also, its a very welcoming community--I have friends I've known for years at Jazzercise!
