I went here for kitten yoga. It was a nice atmosphere and the yoga instructor Robyn was wonderful.
My exercise program since I was in my thirties. I’m now 77 and can modify an intense workout for my abilities and still get a great fun dancing workout. We use weights too & I can participate in person as well as online. The instructors are world class
Loving loving this Jazzercise class, and all the instructors!! I had been wanting to try Jazzercise for years and never went for it. I wish had joined sooner. The workouts are fun, and really get my heart rate going and muscles working. The workouts can be modified to fit your level of fitness and you can easily build up your stamina and strength.
