I’ve been attending the Jazzercise Rockwall class for a year now and absolutely love it. All the instructors are great and each has her own unique style. It’s really helped me to tone up and build muscle, which is really important as I age. I am definitely committed to continuing this class for the long-term and have made great friends as well.
