Jazzercise has something for all levels. Susanne and Tina have modifications to help everyone get the exercise they need. I had a broken foot and they helped me 'dance' without hurting the foot more.
I’m a first time jazzerciser, I joined the class in January and really do enjoy it. Our instructors are are absolutely wonderful and although I’m kinda doing it at my pace until I get into better shape I truly am getting a great workout. Thank you so much to Susanne and Tina!
