New music..same enthusiasm...moves that make your body remember...and a pace that fits your unique lifestyle..and the sincere friendliness of the community..i am so glad i made the decision to go that extra mile!! Fun and energizing workouts. The social aspect is also wonderful. I have forged lasting friendships over the years. Great for all ages and skill levels. The instructors are knowledgeable and make the classes lots of fun.
The most fun, and allowance to dream of being on Broadway!! Singing whooping cannot be beat by any other exercise program!!

I have been attending Jazzercise now for over 40 years. All through the years, I have worked out at many facilities in the valley, but NRG has by far, been the number one location for me. From the two spacious ballrooms, to the best instructors and friendliest students anywhere, I highly recommend giving Jazzercise at NRG a try. I promise you won't be disappointed!
