Jazzercise is more than a workout, it’s a must! Not only is the workout fun, the people make it feel like I’m working out with family. The instructors are long time Jazzerpeople with years of experience and dedication! Come for the workout and keep coming back for the results and friendships!
I finally gave Jazzercise a chance after years of gym classes, Zumba and walking. I needed a new way of exercise and gave it a try. I had heard of Jazzercise, but expected it to be out dated by now. Much to my surprise, I found Jazzercise to be just what I needed with stretching, cardio and strength training. In my experience (with Barre, Zumba, Pilates), nothing equals the fitness challenges, class friendliness and pure fun of Jazzercise. After five years, every part of my body is stronger thanks to the frequent introduction of new choreography targeting specific muscles (including some I had never worked before) and new class types (like choreographed High-Intensity Interval Training). I've been doing Jazzercise off and on for many years, but when I started coming to the Murrieta location 6 years ago it felt like I found my people. The friendships I have made here will last a lifetime. The owner Jenn has been teaching for 20+ years and is very knowledgable about health and fitness.
