Jazzercise is the best ever, all encompassing exercise program. With trained instructors and set to music moves, it offers time for warming muscles, cardiovascular movement, a cool down segment and muscle development using free weights. All this comes in a caring, supportive, environment with class offerings that can address your schedule.
This is a great location right in downtown Hartford! I love the variety of classes Jazzercise offers and the instructors are great!

Cannot recommend enough - I don't think I will ever be able to work out anywhere else! Go for the workout, stay for the fun and community. Customers of all different sizes, ages and fitness journeys. Motivating instructors and music. My body and mind are so thankful for Jazzercise of Hartford!
