exercise par none! – The workout kicked my rear end. And the two week free coupon gave me time to try it before I bought it. The first day I felt like a dork. Then the next day it was better as I picked up some moves. There were all ages there which made me comfortable. Definitely not a "gym" atmosphere. Just a bunch of gals laughing and having a good time while working out. The fun they were having brought me back. After two weeks I joined. Couldn't help myself. Too much fun!
