I rarely do reviews but I would highly recommend Jazzercise. I never knew cardio and sweating could be fun before joining there Jazzercise club! Jazzercise has not only helped me stay fit and grow stronger but maintain a healthy mind after a long stressful day at work.
A quick note of recommendation- Jazzercise North Brisbane is a very affordable, professional and friendly place to attend for a fun workout. You'll use your body from head to toe but with enjoyable moves to catchy songs the hour will fly by. After many classes there's a coffee meet up which I have never encountered at any other fitness activities over the years.
