You don’t have to be a dancer (believe me, I am NOT) to follow along and have a great workout. Routines are adaptable to make them work for you. Come join a great group and get stronger together!
Jazzercise is a wonderful total body workout routine!! It is for all levels of ladies in their workout journey! Whether you are a beginner or seasoned veteran Jazzercise meets you where you are!! Not only a great workout but a great sense of community with these wonderful ladies!! I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a fun and engaging and energizing workout!!
It’s been about 9 months since I joined Jazzercise Navarre, and it has truly become one of the best parts of my routine and I absolutely love it. The music makes workouts fun, and an hour flies by while still feeling accomplished afterward. The instructors are energetic and explain every move clearly, making it very beginner-friendly. The supportive, encouraging community is the best part—it feels more like meeting friends than going to exercise. Great balance of cardio and strength training. Highly recommend!
