Third review. I still love this place. Vital sculpt has started, a new strength-focused workout to help women experiencing all things later life hormones. It helps build muscles, bone density, and cardio strength. I LOVE this format so much. While I love dancing, I really missed lifting weights and this has brought that back to me. I FEEL stronger after one month. I cannot wait to keep doing this and see my progress.
Tonight I checked out Jazzercise through Class Pass and loved my first class. The owner Shari is very inviting and friendly. She made me feel welcomed. The class was hard but the music and movements were great. I will definitely be back soon!
