I just started here and have taken two classes so far. One with the owner Tonya and the other with the firecracker Sabrina. What a fun way to work out. Great music and i really worked up a sweat. Lot of cardio and high rep, low weight. The mix of cardio and weights (optional) is perfect. I’m totally hooked. I signed up to keep active during the summer months when I don’t have adult dance classes and I don’t think I’m giving this up when fall comes!
Fun classes. Variety of class times available. They encourage exercising at your own pace, but also give grear motivation to push yourself when you can.
Great group of ladies and the instructors are phenomenal
Best exercise ever! The classes are diverse and fun. An hour goes by so fast! Do something great for yourself and come to a class!
