I love going to Jazzercise. I love the routines and instructors and music and fellow Jazzercisers. And, when I can't get to class, I love exercising on line. It's all good!

I love Jazzercise Dexter Fitness Center. There are classes 7 days a week with 3 or 4 classes most days. There are several different instructors and 4 or 5 different formats so you have lots of choices. I have been going since 1997 so I obviously enjoy it.
22 years ago when I stumbled into the Dexter Jazzercise Center was a life-changing decision. The music, the friendships, the overall enthusiasm and joy have made every ounce of sweat worth it. From being a customer, then an instructor and after 21 years of instructing I am back to a customer. Hands-down the best exercise program for millions of women, As the world evolves, so does Jazzercise. Thank you Judi Shephard Missett for your perseverance to make your Vision a reality.
