I have been doing Jazzercise for probably 40 years in Oakland, San Francisco, Sonoma, and Chico here I am at 65 years old and taking the hardest classes I have in my life. I've seen Jazzercise involved into something that is really science Face and the new exercises now are the best they've ever had

Fun fun fun. Great music and wonderful instructors. Classes all day and seven days a week. Fabulous clientele. I always feel better after class.

I love Jazzercise! Since 1993, I have been honing my dancing skills Including ballet, working my brain to train my body , Increased my body awareness, and maintained my health and muscle. Jazzercise is an all-around program, which includes warming major muscles, dancing, weight training, and stretching. Besides all styles of dance, it incorporates Ballet, yoga, Pilates, and kick boxing. I consider my Jazzercise friends my tribe. They are some of the best friends I’ve ever had. What’s not to like?

Awesome instructors, friendly members and lots of great music!! It’s a whole body workout that is fun- the hour flies by and I feel stronger after each class. I’m so glad I found Jazzercise in Chico

Jazzercise was the first exercise program I found that wasn't a boring chore. The music and movements have stayed fresh and fun for the entire 40 years I've had the pleasure to participate. The creators stay up-to-date on health and fitness science, rather than fads, and share that info with their committed and supportive members. These are just a few of the reasons people have stayed loyal and enthusiastic for over 50 years. Thank you, jazzercise, for benefits that will last a lifetime.
