Jazzercise is my favorite workout routine! It has kept me coming back for almost 30 years now. So much energy, fun and friends that become family. I recommend anyone that loves to dance with great music and instructors to try it out! You will be hooked like I am.
Jazzercise is the only workout I've stuck with! It's been 11 years and they keep changing it up so it's current. You get cardio and strength, all while having fun! It's also a great mix of people. Go sweat and make friends. You won't regret it!!
I have been an active Jazzercise enthusiast for over 17 years, the last five at this location. The program is wonderful, the instructors fantastic, and the friendships developed unsurpassed! Yes, I have had some medical issues, but my doctors always credit my devotion to Jazzercise as a reason for my easy recovery. The Chesapeake location has a schedule that can be worked into almost anyone's lifestyle.
