It's a great place. No one judges you. Everyone is so supportive and helpful. The exercise routines are presented so you can adjust the intensity to fit you. The instructors show you low intensity and high intensity, so you go at your own pace. The instructors are super supportive and knowledgeable. The music is pumping. It's very enjoyable! I've never been to a class that I didn't love.
