Just joined Jazzercise and I’m loving it! It’s such a fun but seriously great workout — I leave every class sweaty and energized. The instructors are amazing and the community is so welcoming and encouraging. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a workout that doesn’t feel like a chore!
Jazzercise is 100% worth doing! Jazzercise helps promote not only your physical health, but your brain health! I can say without a doubt I found my people!! Jazzercise is so much fun, it doesn’t feel like a workout, it’s my happy hour with all my girls while laughing and dancing and improving my health! If I’m in a bad mood or having a bad day, I just go to Jazzercise and dance the stress away!! Absolutely love my Jazzercise community ♥️♥️♥️
Amazing and fun! This is the only cardio and strength workout program that I have stuck with. While dancing, we listen to current music that gets your heart pumping and we do strength workouts to sculpt our body. It is the perfect combo of cardio dance and sculpt for a total body workout. Classes are about 55 minutes and great class times to fit my schedule! Oh, AND classes are offered in Centerville and Springboro!
