Amazing and fun! This is the only cardio and strength workout program that I have stuck with. While dancing, we listen to current music that gets your heart pumping and we do strength workouts to sculpt our body. It is the perfect combo of cardio dance and sculpt for a total body workout. Classes are about 55 minutes and great class times to fit my schedule! Oh, AND classes are offered in Centerville and Springboro!
