I love the wonderful people who attend and work at the Cathe Center. I am blessed to have found a nice home to teach my Brain Fitness /Ageless Grace exercise classes! Donna and Linda are exceptional yoga teachers as are the many other medicinal teachers at the Center. Special Thanks to the Executive Director, Dana for welcoming me! Together united, divided we fall. As the song says..." Come Together... Right Now!" Nameste!
Such a great gem in Burlington. The Montissori classroom is huge and beautiful, the Youth Theater is always hard at work, cal with Yoga or energize with Jazzercize. Music lessons, rentable commercial kitchen and rooms for parties, acupressure, Reki, just to name some. This place is wonderful. Highly recommend checking it out.
