After having kids, I spent a long time putting myself on the back burner. I kept thinking I’d eventually do something for myself, but it always felt like the wrong time. 40 plus year health benefit for me in a very friendly, welcoming environment. Many classes to choose from allowing scheduling flexibility.

I’ve been dancing my way to fitness for 19 years with Jazzercise, and this location in Bracken is cream of the crop!
