Bartlett-Streamwood Jazzercise offers a fun and very effective workout. The instructors are encouraging and very helpful, and they make you feel welcome during class. I have found that classes are great stress relievers and have also improved my stamina and strength. There are several classes throughout the week to choose from, along with a variety of formats. A bonus is that Marla offers an online option that is great!
