It’s been almost two years since I first tried Jazzercise at the suggestion of a dear friend, and I still look forward to each and every class. The instructors Lindsay and Lindsey are great, inspiring me to give whatever I’ve got that day for my well-being, both physical and mental. I look forward to seeing new and old friends in class, across a wide range of ages. At almost 70, I’m happy to know that I have an exercise program that keeps me going and that I love. Thank you, Lindsay!

Have been trying for years to find some sort of exercise program that I would stick with and enjoy. I found it! It's not just the exercise though... it's this amazing group of strong, supportive women...the energy, the music and the incredible instructors. All of it!
