It’s been almost two years since I first tried Jazzercise at the suggestion of a dear friend, and I still look forward to each and every class. The instructors Lindsay and Lindsey are great, inspiring me to give whatever I’ve got that day for my well-being, both physical and mental. I look forward to seeing new and old friends in class, across a wide range of ages. At almost 70, I’m happy to know that I have an exercise program that keeps me going and that I love. Thank you, Lindsay!

It's not just the exercise though... it's this amazing group of strong, supportive women...the energy, the music and the incredible instructors. All of it! Jazzercise has been such a great addition to my life! Not just for cardio & weights, but for the fun had in dancing & bouncing around & feeling supported by a fabulous group of women. It’s modifiable for high or low impact, so it’s great for all ages & fitness levels. And the music is great!
