I just started doing Jazzercise in February. I'm a month in and couldn't be happier with this workout program. All of the instructors are great and very encouraging! I LOVE IT!
A place where the workouts are booming and so are the friendships!!! Nothing beats a Jazzercise sweat!!!
Jazzercise is the best group fitness class I have ever attended!! The combination of the dance cardio portion with the strength training really gives a complete full body workout!! The people are amazing and so welcoming, and you don’t have to be a dancer to do it! Perfect for all ages and fitness levels because of the modifications you can use to tailor the program to your level. I’ve never had so much fun while also burning so many calories!!
What is the BEST exercise? The one you will do! Never a dull moment, never left disappointed, always happy I get that wonderful hour with inspiring women who only want the very best for me and everyone else in the room. Love, love, love Jazzercise!
