This is a warm, welcoming, inclusive place that empowers mainly women to keep themselves healthy and strong to the best of their ability. The members work out at their own level. No one is forcing someone to workout at a different level. The instructors keep the dancing workout fun and attainable. Try it! You will like the friendly people who work out there.
I love visiting out if town/state classes. Lots of fun and sweat!!
