Good cardio class for a variety of ages and performance levels! Convenient time and location.
Can't say enough great things about this little gem found in none other than Chesterland, Ohio! I started taking classes here about a month ago and I'm hooked. ALL of the instructors are so skilled, trained, energetic, kind, and motivating! My classmates are encouraging and friendly and I enjoy chitchatting with them before and after class. And everyone is different...all shapes and sizes...and different levels of fitness...but we're all in it together.
