This place is awesome. Perfect space for Jazzercise. The people are friendly and my instructor, Linda is the best! She has great routines and gives clear instructions so you can easily follow along. She has fantastic energy that keeps you motivated and you get a good workout. Linda makes Jazzercise fun!!
The minute you walk through the door you are greeted with a smile and upbeat energy. Di and her team are top notch! The jazzercise program is such an amazing workout literally including cardio and strength in every class. It’s definitely a total body workout mixed with LOTS of fun, great music, and a welcoming atmosphere
I enjoy going to Colchester Jazzercise. The hour exercise program is great!! The instructors are great!
