Went here to see what they got and I would definitely want to return for membership. I love the place! What more can I say?
Best workout around! Jazzercise is a combination of arobics, weight training, dance and pilates. The instructors at Riverside Jazzercise encourage you to work at your own pace, so your workout is individualized to you. This facility is clean, attractive and bright. It has hand weights and mats available for loan.
This is a great fitness program. I am into my 9th year, coming three - four times a week. Classes are varied, gets all major muscle groups covered. Five stars, without a doubt.
