Attending Jazzercise is like drinking from the fountain of youth. You get stronger and have better cardio and balance. You stay current with music and musical artists. You meet new friends, have fun and DANCE.
Jazzercize is the only exercise I’ll do religiously. I’ve been a Jazzercizer for 35 years (I started going with my mother). I love the music, the routines, the instructors and the other attendees. I’ve become friends with them over the years. It’s a wonderful community with the benefit of keeping fit.
Exercise has never been so much fun!!
Best workout ever!!! It’s such a fun way to exercise that I work out even harder. They also do so much good strength and weight work, which is really important. Love it!
