Jazzercise Norwood is truly a treasure in Cincinnati. With over 30 classes a week to choose from, it is not only a fun form of fitness (dancing, hand weights, bands, & mat work = building strength, agility, flexibility, and stamina) it is also technically sound with experts choreographing routines to current music and incorporating smart exercise physiology knowledge. I’ve been doing jazzercise for 25 years and it’s the best workout I’ve ever done!! I love how our Norwood crew hold each accountable and the friendships I’ve built over the years! Looking forward to 25 more years of dancing!
Jazzercise Norwood still packs a punch for this seasoned, now senior citizen, jazzerciser! They offer a variety of class formats from 5:45 AM until 6 PM (check the schedule 1st). Each class has a variety of students , of all ages, participating in a fun, FRIENDLY work out environment. The instructors use weights, balls, bands and lots of dance moves.
