The atmosphere is beyond amazing. The instructors are positive and wonderful to be around. You don’t have to know the moves just keep moving. Give it a try.

I’ve been doing jazzercise for 25 years and it’s the best workout I’ve ever done!! I love how our Norwood crew hold each accountable and the friendships I’ve built over the years! Looking forward to 25 more years of dancing!

Jazzercise Norwood still packs a punch for this seasoned, now senior citizen, jazzerciser! They offer a variety of class formats from 5:45 AM until 6 PM (check the schedule 1st). Each class has a variety of students , of all ages, participating in a fun, FRIENDLY work out environment. The instructors use weights, balls, bands and lots of dance moves. Jazzercise is not for the faint of heart! It is a full body, all encompassing, dance your pants off work out! Jazzercise Norwood is a home away from home. The people that attend are warm and welcoming. I moved here from California. I found Jazzercise Norwood after a week of arriving and they have been my family ever since! If you are a beginner or a trained athlete, come to Jazzercise Norwood and get ready to sweat, but also have a blast!
