Jazzercise Carnegie is the best studio for making fitness fun! I became hooked after one class and love the community of people who attend the classes. It is low stress, but high energy.
Jazzercise is an amazing tool for maintaining my health! The music is fun and uplifting and the atmosphere is non-judgmental! All levels are accepted and encouraged! Lots of class times all day long! Should make it easy to keep any resolutions!
