I love this studio. The music is always changing, along with the workouts, so I never get bored. There are several teachers, so you can find one that matched your style. I really enjoy Tami's classes because she talks about the muscles that I should be engaging, and that helps me get the most out of my time.

Best workout ever! It’s so much fun it doesn’t even feel like you are working out. The owner Tami is so amazing! Shes so knowledgeable about health & loves to get to know everyone. She makes sure you understand and are doing every move correctly so you are able to get the best workout possible. The feeling there is amazing! Everyone feels like family and cares about how you are doing. Highly recommend!!!
