Kitten yoga was the best! This space was so welcoming and positive, I’ll definitely be back for another cat yoga session.

Fantastic, fun workout! I need good music and a good beat to keep me motivated and a good leader to develop and teach me my workout. I don't want to think about what to do- I just want to come in, dance, work out and have fun! The classmates are super friendly and welcoming!
