What a fun way to build community and wellbeing!
I love Conway jazzercise and my jazzercise family! I always leave there feeling better and motivated and sweaty. I love the cardio and strength classes! The instructors are so encouraging and friendly! Jazzercise is way more than a workout, it is also a family and a place to go and feel welcomed and absolutely lifted up.
After being a college athlete, I struggled to find a supportive fitness community for about a year, then I found Jazzercise. After my first class, I was hooked. It is almost impossible to not have fun with the incredible energy from the instructors and your peers alike. I absolutely LOVE Jazzercise and I am so glad I gave it a chance. It is a phenomenal workout that should not be slept on for college-aged people. Back with another review on how much I love Jazzercise of Conway, Arkansas. The energy, the atmosphere, and the incredible instructors make every class so much fun while still being a great workout. I love how the routines combine cardio, strength, training, and dance- It never gets boring, and I always leave feeling accomplished.
