I have been a member for many years since they were located in Wayne. I have taken breaks throughout that time for family but I always come back. It is by far the best place to get a great workout, laugh, meet great people & just feel fantastic every time you leave a class. The instructors are absolutely amazing! They make each class the best part of your day!
