Jazzercise is a wonderful community of people who come together to challenge themselves in a warm, fun and supportive environment. There are no mirrors! You will get a great workout 🏋️♀️ 💃🏼 and have fun, while steadily meeting your fitness goals. The owner and instructor team are knowledgeable and motivated to help you meet your fitness goals, and there are plenty of free weights and mats to use to get a great mix of strength and aerobics. This is my sixth year and counting, and I plan to continue.
Crofton Jazzercise is a fabulous fitness program that combines energizing dance, strength training, and a welcoming community. The instructors are motivating, the workouts are fun and effective, and every class leaves me feeling stronger and happier. I am so excited about being a part of the Jazzercise Crofton community! The studio is amazing, the instructors are motivating and full of energy, and the members are welcoming and encouraging. It's an incredibly positive environment that makes working out something I genuinely enjoy. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, effective workout.
This is truly my happy place! Show up grumpy and not even a half song in - totally new outlook! No judge work out for all levels! So many instructors and different class times - unlimited classes!! There is a great class for everyone! They also show different options for low impact or high impact.
