I have being working out at home and I’ve noticed I’ve plateaued. I needed something to push me and that is high intensity. It’s been one month and Jazzercise has already made a big difference in my energy and body!
I love Jazzercise and especially the Spring Klein studio! The classes are fun, full body workouts that include cardio, strength training, and stretch. There is a huge variety of classes everyday, so it’s easy to find just the right one. One of best things about Spring/Kkein Jazzercise is that every time I walk in the door I’m immediately surrounded by smiling faces and friends (or soon to be friends). I mean, who doesn’t want to dance, laugh and sweat with friends!!
While visiting family in Spring Texas recently, I had been curious to join my sister-in-law for one of her jazzercise classes. Jennifer greeted us at the door with such a warm welcome. I then met a few of the members who made me feel comfortable as well. Carolyn was good at letting me know what to expect before class began - she was fun, energetic and encouraging.
