I have been going to classes for about a month now. I love it!! Fun way to get some exercise into my routine. All instructors I have had are so helpful, positive, and welcoming.
Loving the South county jazzercise group! I have reestablished my love of dance fitness. All the instructors are fun, energetic, inspiring, helpful and they make it easy to enjoy the class.
I joined Jazzercise 15 years ago after becoming frustrated with a 24 hour fitness center membership i had and their lack of caring. What I found was a highly motivating program, adaptable to all fitness levels, that has constantly evolved by adding a veriety of fitness routines focused on improving strength, cardio, and flexibility in a supportive and fun environment.
