I have been going to Jazzercise now for almost 2 years. I have definitely improved my core strength. I did not even know my core was not strong. The classes are a breath of fresh air. You will find your favorite time to go. During the winter I go at 4:30 or 5:30 and during the summer I go at 8:15 or 9:15. Sometimes I can even go during lunch. Scared to exercise in front of people try the online classes.

I've taken jazzercise at this center for over 16 years. I can't say enough good things about this center. The instructors are fantastic and there are so many class times and formats for us to choose from (and even some classes are on live stream). They really make it easy for you to make a class. Instructors are encouraging and motivating and just try to make your workout fun (and it is). I have been a member of Mt. Pleasant jazzercise for over 10 years and I love it! The instructors are the very best. Classes are challenging but so much fun. The workout room is always clean and the equipment is in good condition too. Becki, the owner, is very involved and it shows! I highly recommend Mt. Pleasant jazzercise!
Jazzercise is a great whole body workout! You can do high or low impact and the strength training is awesome. The music is always fun and the community is kind and welcoming. Highly recommend !
