Boise Jazzercise was a great choice for me. I am not an athletic person generally, but the upbeat music, coaching and the general friendliness of everyone keeps me coming back.

Jazzercise Boise is the best! I have tried lots of different aerobic programs through gyms. None of them compare to Jazzercise. The instructors show you how to adjust a move, if you have a physical restriction or if you don’t feel up to it that day. Everyone can go at their own pace. Jazzercise also is good for the whole body including physical and mental. I memorize the moves which helps my brain. I have also developed some lifetime friends, both young and old. So, I have fun dancing with friends! I Love Jazzercise!!

There are so many reasons why I love Jazzercize!!!! It is a great overall workout w/many levels of exertion. I think my favorite part is that it lifts me up every time. The routines are very fun and the music diverse.

Jazzercise Boise is the best! The instructors are all knowledgeable, give alternative moves for different body challenges, and are fun! Makes exercising fun and not a chore. It is a warm, social, accepting environment for everyone and all body types. Keep moving!
