It was 2003 that I took my first Jazzercise workout class in Cookeville, TN. Jazzercise has evolved since then, but it's still a challenging and fun workout. The instructors are motivating and encouraging, and this group of Jazzerbabes in Boise is welcoming and fun. So happy to have you in the neighborhood!
I have been going to Jazzercise for 6 years! I was immediately impressed with the friendliness, the fun and the enthusiasm of Rhonda and the other instructors. I always feel I get a great workout and the flexible hours and classes are so convenient! I look forward to going to Jazzercise!
Boise Jazzercise was a great choice for me. I am not an athletic person generally, but the upbeat music, coaching and the general friendliness of everyone keeps me coming back.
Jazzercise Boise is the best! I have tried lots of different aerobic programs through gyms. None of them compare to Jazzercise. The instructors show you how to adjust a move, if you have a physical restriction or if you don’t feel up to it that day. Everyone can go at their own pace. Jazzercise also is good for the whole body including physical and mental. I memorize the moves which helps my brain. I have also developed some lifetime friends, both young and old. So, I have fun dancing with friends! I Love Jazzercise!!
