I joined Jazzercise about a year ago and I have loved almost every moment of it. (When we are in the middle of some of the strength exercises and I think my arms might fall off, I am not always loving it.) However, at the end of the class I ALWAYS love it. Jamie and the instructors have created a warm and supportive environment and you will finish classes feeling physically and mentally energized.
Just returned after a years absence. The first time in the door I immediately remembered why I liked it so much. It a perfect place to be! Is it really exercise if it is soooo much fun? Yes it is!! The Union Jazzercise is full of fun people. The classes are always changing so you never get bored. I feel better both physically and mentally.
Jazzercise Union is a wonderful dance workout location with wonderful women who always support each other and have fun while working out! I highly recommend this place for any workout level as you can always modify to your needs.
Union Jazzercise is the best place to workout, make new friends, have fun, and you burn calories! That’s a win, win, win, win in my book!
