What a terrific overall workout! In one session we had the benefit of aerobics, strengthening major muscle groups, and core exercises. And we did it all to a fun selection of music led by a wonderful instructor. Thank you!

Life changing practice of embodiment!
Recently attended a party at this space and the party ran over by about 30 minutes. We were helping the host clean the space while she opened her presents, and the owner came in to the building. I approached the owner to give her a compliment on her space and how I loved it and she followed with a very hostile tone that we are supposed to be done and out already.
