I recently joined Jazzercise in Charlottesville and I am officially hooked! The classes are a fantastic, fun mix of cardio and strength training, with a wonderful emphasis on modifications for every fitness level. Just joined and attended one class, but I can honestly say that they’re extremely welcoming and supportive… I had to interrupt my start because of a very ill friend who needed my help to care for her and Norfolk, but I’ll definitely be back and I really appreciate the very warm welcome they’ve given me… Plus, I think that the stretching and the Dance work and the plank work is gonna really help all the basic areas of the body that I need help with!

What a terrific overall workout! In one session we had the benefit of aerobics, strengthening major muscle groups, and core exercises. And we did it all to a fun selection of music led by a wonderful instructor. Thank you!
